Meet Your Advocate

I’m Abbie G. Berger, a Texas personal injury attorney and the founder of Berger Injury Law Firm. I represent individuals and families who have been injured because of someone else’s negligence, and I am committed to helping my clients recover physically, financially, and emotionally after serious injuries and life-changing collisions.

I was born and raised in Copperfield, where my roots run deep. I grew up on Park Falls Drive, attended Lowery Elementary, Labay Middle School, and graduated from Langham Creek High School. My family still lives in the community, and serving the people of Northwest Houston is deeply personal to me.

Before starting Berger Injury Law Firm, I practiced at the largest personal injury law firm in Texas and one of the most successful firms in the country. That experience gave me firsthand insight into how large, high-volume injury firms operate and how serious cases are built and litigated.

At Berger Injury Law Firm, I bring that level of experience and litigation knowledge while offering something many large firms cannot — direct attorney access, personal attention, and a client-focused approach rooted in communication, compassion, and trust.

I believe every client deserves honest communication, personal attention, and compassionate representation. When you hire my firm, you work directly with your attorney — not a case manager. I take the time to understand what you are going through, explain the process clearly, and fight for the best possible outcome for you and your family.

Why Clients Choose Berger Injury Law Firm

When you hire Berger Injury Law Firm, you get big-firm experience with a personal, hands-on approach. I prepare every case as if it may go to trial, and I make sure my clients are informed, supported, and advocated for every step of the way.
